About ME

Richmond, BC was an incredible experience for an adventurous child like myself to be raised. The water, Macdonald Beach, the sand dunes, fishing and the smell of clean air was unmistakable and forever imprinted into my soul. After graduating high school, I attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University for Commerce.   Two years later, I realized my passion for human motivation/behaviour and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. in Psychology in 1993.  My father was a residential builder and renovator. A tradition I continued, when I began my own residential  contracting business back in 1996.  With more than thirty years knowledge as a successful small business owner in the construction industry, and almost a decade as a Real Estate Agent, I have established a reputation for building excellent relationships with my clients.  Clients, who still comprise the majority of my business. 

Residing for many years in the great  “City by the Sea” of White Rock,  my passion for real estate  intensified as the community and my footprimnt within the city grew.  What first appeared as a sleepy beachfront community, has quickly grown  into a sophisticated city with an unmistakeable uptown feel to it.  An eclectic feel I have always been attracted to, especially having resided in Horseshoe Bay and Steveston village.  You will often find me at the White Rock pier meeting clients, while on colder days, i enjoy the comfort of a coffee at the Starbucks at Southpoint and Islands Cafe at Grandview Corners. When I'm not too busy, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, scuba diving and skiing as much as possible.  However, my favourite daily activity involves taking my black Labrador for swims at Crescent Beach.
